Jump on the first offer of cheap commercial buildings insurance you come across, promising extremely low premiums and huge payments in case of claims. Don’t bother reading the fine print listing the mile-long list of exceptions which effectively void any claim you might make, just go for it! You will have your cheap commercial insurance – until the day comes when something goes wrong and you actually need the coverage. Well, it was good while it lasted, right?
Use social media. I am going to upset quite a number of agents here commercial contract law and say that is it unlikely that you will ever get new business directly from a social media entry or process. What you will do however is retain a ‘top of mind’ position of relevance with the people in your social media sites and processes. That is a useful thing.
At any time of year, there will always be plenty of opportunity available to list commercial property for sale or lease. This also then says that you should be selective as to what properties and clients that you take on.

We live in a world that “plays” to win. No matter what the cost. People think it’s OK to lie. It’s kommersiella avtal no big deal. Everyone does it. People get away with lying everyday. Some get rich! But wait a minute! What if the company finds out that you lied? Can they do anything? Yes they can and yes they will. However, a lot depends on what you lied about.
Swimming – No matter where you are camping you are bound to have a lake, a brook, or pool close to you. Swimming is great exercise and lot of fun for all ages. Send your kids off to swim their lungs out in these and explore the bounties of nature for themselves. If you are camping in a commercial campsite you might even be lucky enough to find a pool for your kids to go swimming in. But whether it is a natural or a man-made lake, as long as it is all right for your children to swim in them you know that they’ll stay occupied.
It should be said that many commercial brokers and agents simply struggle with the whole prospecting concept. They do some things but not enough of them. They change tactic or drop off the momentum (the latter is more common).
This process is called “Chunking Down.” If you do this, and really, really focus on setting aside that special time for your “Important-High Priority” activities every day (OK … we’ll allow you some flexibility!), you have to succeed. It’s a wonderfully simple process and if combined with easy to see visual references, it will catapult you to success in whatever you choose to accomplish. This applies to commercial real estate investing, as well as your personal life. Consistency and focus is an unbeatable combination.
